I have cnr-client_0.2.4327-1cnr1~hardy2_i386 .....
when I tried to update CNR an error appeared......I don`t know how to configure CNR...
..I think that`s the reason because I can`t install the programs from CNR.com

check what ubuntu you are running "hardy" or "gutsy". Why? I see this in what you report.... "cnr-client_0.2.4327-1cnr1~hardy2_i386" meaning you downloaded software for a 32-bit PC. Is that true? If yes, ask your self two questions....
do I own a 64-bit PC? If so, you may have an obvious solution. But, more likely
note you downloaded what is needed for "hardy". But, if your ubuntu requires "gutsy" I believe you may have to remove the first download and download in accord with what your running. hopefully this would make a difference.
Beyond these trial and error questions, I do not have the experience to help you gain the solution you wish... am working on a similar issue.

Does this look logical? Impera Black, upon advice from JDoyle or another cnr tech, you might ask how you cause a "source list" to be in front of you and how you alter the entries on that list or in terminal. Sorry I have not done this but believe doing something like this would solve my own dilemma. Good luck!
