Installation status for Seamonkey: CNR recieved a dpkg error What is this?

I had to reinstall linspire 6.0 and now all of the software I had installed previously will not install. All I get is Installation status for Seamonkey: CNR recieved a dpkg error. What does this mean and do I need to wipe the drive and reinstall again?

Well considering I needed my computer up and running asap for work I simply wiped the drive and re-installed a fourth time. I starting to have Windows flash backs....
