I purchased win4lin and installed it in freespire since I seemed to have less probs with Freespire than Linspire. My question is if I want it in my Linspire
do I have to purchase it again - or can I use in both ?
Also I need to use a serial port - which freespire seems to be using for ???? Can I use my serial port with win4lin and freespire ?

Thanks for your help. I went into Linspire - tried to download win4lin as per your e - but it did not work for me. I went in several times and repeated - each time win4lin aborted after starting - it also eliminated the CNR icon on task bar each time. So now what ? Each timeI had to reinstall the CNR icon on task bar.

There is currently an issue with the click-n-buy apps, apparently no one can install their purchased titles right now.
If you want to see the specific error that is crashing the client, start the client from a terminal with the command: cnr
Leave the terminal open and try the install again (it will not work), the text of what is happening when cnr crashes will be output in the terminal.
