I purchased (credit card charged) Parallels today. I gave up after many attempts to download it under Linspire.
I then attempted the same on Freespire. Same result, "download filed" not found on server.
Many recording replays on the number ended with a recording that stated "mailbox 100" was full.
What is the next recourse?

Thanks. But, I have opened two "tickets" with them. One for resolution, the second for repayment.
Tried again today to speak to "anyone," but ended up in phone tree hell again.
I will likely dispute the charges with my credit union fraud dept. Nothing else seems fruitful.
